I still remember picking up a Sega Genesis controller in my dimly lit basement and putting in a game unknown to me at the time (turned out to be Sonic the Hedgehog). When everything turned on, I was instantly hooked. The graphics, bright colors, gameplay, and sounds sparked a deep curiosity about how it all worked. Fast forward to college: with no video game design-specific programs available, I pursued computer science and quickly fell in love with the logic behind everything. While I enjoyed coding, I craved creativity, which eventually led me to product design. That same curiosity still drives me today to better understand how things work and help make them better.
